Making required products, in required quantities, whenever required. Just-in-Time. This is our production style at Toyota.

HYBRID SYNERGY DRIVE equipped vehicles incorporate electric motors, power split devices, generators, power control units and many other devices not found in gas/petrol engine vehicles. Consequently they are more complex. However, flexible application of ingenious production procedures have made it possible to assemble hybrid and non-hybrid vehicles on the same production line.

Because the Toyota Way assembles only the required cars, at the required time, in accordance with the orders from our customers, there is no need to carry surplus inventory. The Toyota Way is conducive to standardization of procedures, allowing for easy identification of problems and wasted activities. As a result, Toyota is in the position to provide high quality cars at reasonable prices in a timely fashion to our customers.
