Camry Hybrid Low Emissions

Good for Drivers, Good for the Environment

Toyota set itself an extreme goal when creating the new Camry Hybrid: to retain the comfort and spaciousness for which Camry is loved―and surpass the same stringent emissions standards passed by only a handful of hybrid sedans―most of them smaller.

Toyota's efforts paid off, with Camry Hybrid clearing California's Advanced Technology Partial-credit Zero Emission Vehicle (AT-PZEV) standard. This is the toughest emissions standard in the US, and is expected to be implemented across the country. It regulates not only exhaust emissions but gas/petrol vapors. By adopting a fuel vapor containment system and sealed fuel tank, Camry Hybrid is one of just six vehicles in the US to be certified AT-PZEV.

So when filling up at the pump, you can experience a whole new dimension of "pride of ownership."
